Abstract
Questo articolo esce in concomitanza con l’edizione 2011 del Festival della Scienza, manifestazione di cui il CNR è partner e socio fondatore, giunta alla sua nona edizione. Un’edizione difficile, come ha dichiarato alla stampa la sua presidente Manuela Arata, segnata da una importante riduzione di budget. Ma che, nonostante questo, è capace di far diventare ancora una volta Genova capitale mondiale della divulgazione scientifica, con ospiti da tutto il mondo e un programma di assoluto rilievo scientifico, a partire dai nomi di prestigio mondiale provenienti dal Paese ospite per l’edizione in corso: gli Stati Uniti d’America.
