For a dictionary of research on Technology Enhanced Learning

Abstract
This article presents the outlines of a Technology Enhanced Learning meta-project initiated in the context of the Stellar FP7 network of excellence, with the objective of creating and structuring a Thesaurus and a Dictionary of the terms and expressions in use in TEL research. This meta-project intends to provide means to overcome the difficulty of the richness and rapid evolution of this multidisciplinary research area, to facilitate the access to young researchers, new researchers and stakeholders. It also ambitions to support the communication across scientific cultures and national languages. After a presentation of the rationale of the project, the current developments of the work are presented, including reasons of the main choices and of some technical features.
